艾灸对运动性疲劳大鼠肝糖原及肝脏超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:从艾灸对肝糖原和肝细胞超微结构的影响,探讨艾灸消除运动性疲劳的作用机制。方法:将SD雄性大鼠随机分为安静对照组、模型组和艾灸组,每组11只。采用21 d力竭游泳方式制作运动性疲劳模型。从第1天造模起即用艾炷灸双侧"足三里"穴,每穴各3壮,隔日1次,共灸11次。采用蒽酮法检测肝糖原,并观察电镜下肝细胞超微结构。结果:与安静对照组比较,模型组肝糖原含量显著降低(P<0.01);艾灸组与模型组比较,肝糖原含量显著增高(P<0.05)。电镜观察显示模型组肝糖原稀疏、减少,肝细胞线粒体和粗面内质网结构不清晰;而艾灸组肝糖原较丰富,线粒体和粗面内质网结构基本清晰。结论:艾灸消除运动性疲劳的部分作用机制,可能是通过调节肝糖原含量、促进血糖的稳定,并改善肝细胞的超微结构、缓解肝细胞损伤而实现。
