基于数据挖掘的刺灸法效应特异性研究的思路

刺灸法是针灸学的重要组成部分,在针灸治疗的临床实践中,针对不同病症或疾病不同时期采用不同刺灸法治疗,其效应特异性客观存在,并与临床疗效密切相关。笔者提出,应该从不同刺灸法与病证的效应特异性关系着手,采集所需刺灸法文献,提取、分析信息形成标准化格式,建立刺灸法文献数据库并设计文献数据应用平台。在此基础上分析数据资料,设计刺灸法效应特异性研究的主题,建立刺灸法数据挖掘模型。此模型需经专家论证和刺灸法效应特异性信息测试得以验证和修正。最后,分析、测试数据,揭示在大量模糊、不完全的刺灸法文献数据中潜在的刺灸法应用的知识和规律。
