| 摘 要： | 目的:观察穴位埋线治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将所选乳腺增生病病例按就诊单双日分为穴位埋线组(单日)40例和口服乳癖消对照组(双日)40例。穴位埋线选择屋翳、乳根、膻中、血海、足三里、阳陵泉穴,15 d埋线1次,6次为一疗程,共治疗1个疗程。观察两组1个疗程后近期疗效和6个月后随访远期疗效(包括乳房疼痛程度和肿块大小),并检测治疗前后患者卵泡期雌二醇、孕酮、泌乳素以及乳腺B超。结果:埋线组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组近期、远期疗效(疼痛分级、肿块大小)显著(P<0.01),埋线组仍明显优于对照组(P<0.01);埋线组降低雌二醇含量的效应优于对照组(P<0.01),乳腺B超改善埋线组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线治疗乳腺增生病近期、远期疗效显著,优于口服乳癖消。
