摘    要:目的 建立理中汤配方颗粒中人参皂苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以Diamonsil-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(99∶400),检测波长为203 nm,流速为1.00 mL/min,柱温为25℃.结果 进样量线性范围人参皂苷Rg1为0.992~6.944 μg(r=0.999 9),人参皂苷Re为0.819 2~5.734 4 μg(r=0.999 8).人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率为97.24%,RSD为1.33%(n=9);人参皂苷Re平均回收率为97.21%,RSD为1.16%(n=9).结论 该方法可靠、准确、简便.

Abstract:Objective To establish the determination method of ginsenoside content in Lizhongtang compatible granule. Methods The Diamonsil - C18 column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.05% phosphoric acid (99 : 400) and the detecting wavelength was at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.00 mL/min and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 content determination was 0. 992- 6. 944 μg, r = 0. 999 9. The linear range of ginsenoside Ro content determination was 0. 819 2-5.734 4 μg, r =0. 999 8. The average recovery rate of ginsenoside Rgl was 97.24%, RSD = 1.33% (n = 9). The average recovery rate of mnsenoside R4 was 97.21%. RSD = 1.16% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and simple.
