| 摘 要： | 目的 观察穴位注射治疗急性胃脘痛的止痛疗效。方法 将 178例急性胃脘痛患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 118例 ,采用硫酸阿托品中脘及足三里穴位注射 ;对照组 6 0例 ,采用硫酸阿托品肌肉注射。观察两组止痛时间。结果 治疗组总有效率为 95 .76 % ,对照组总有效率 6 8.33%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。经统计学处理 ,两组止痛时间差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 硫酸阿托品穴位注射中脘及足三里治疗急性胃脘痛疗效高 ,见效快。
