论医学生职业道德教育基地建设

高校职业道德教育基地是高校德育基地的重要组成部分。高校职业道德教育基地是国家或各级地方政府、高校根据高等学校德育目标及大学生身心发展规律，特别是思想品德形成规律而建设的对大学生进行职业理想、职业观念、职业态度、职业纪律、职业作风、职业价值等教育的场所。职业道德教育基地建设是提高医学生职业道德教育实效性的重大举措。医学生职业道德教育基地建设应当遵循“受教育、长才干、作贡献”的指导方针，互利互惠与双向受益、因地制宜与勤俭节约、相互理解与自愿结合的原则。
