脂联素和血栓调节蛋白与急性脑梗死的关系研究

目的探讨脑梗死患者血浆脂联素和血栓调节蛋白的含量变化,及其在脑梗死发生过程中的作用和意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测130例脑梗死患者4、0例其他疾病对照组和60例健康对照组的血浆脂联素和血栓调节蛋白含量。结果(1)脑梗死患者血浆中血栓调节蛋白较两对照组显著升高,脂联素含量较对照组显著降低。(2)脑梗死患者血浆脂联素和血栓调节蛋白含量变化与梗死灶大小关系密切。结论检测脑梗死患者血浆脂联素和血栓调节蛋白含量变化有助于判断病灶大小。

The study of plasma adiponectin and thrombomodulin in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the role and clinical significance of plasma adiponectin,thrombomodulin in cerebral infarction by measuring the change of their levels in the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods ELISA was used to measure the adiponectin and plasma thrombomodulin levels in 130 cerebral infarction patients,40 patients with other neurologic diseases(20 with sciatica,20 with trigeminal neuralgia) and 60 healthy people were used as control.Results(1) The levels thrombomodulin in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction were significently higher than those in the two control groups(P<0.01),the levels adiponectin in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction was significently lower than those in the two control groups(P<0.05).(2)There was an obvious relationship between the size of infarct and the level of plasma adiponectin and thrombomodulin.Conclusion The level of plasma adiponectin and thrombomodulin can judge the size of infarct in acute cerebral infarction.
