| 摘 要： | 肾素血管紧张素系统是生理功能颇为复杂的内分泌系统，广泛存在于机体各个组织。该系统的关键基因决定着个体的糖尿病肾病易感性。血管紧张素Ⅱ通过细胞外基质成分合成增多、降解减少而促使肾小球硬化。血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂及血管紧张素受体拮抗刑具有独立于血压的治疗糖尿病肾病的作用。

| Abstract: | Renin angiotensin system is an endocrine system with complex physiological functions, existing in many tissues. Its key genes predispose the subject's diabetic nephropathy. Angiotensin can promote the glomerulosclerosis by increasing the production and decreasing the degradation of extrocellular matrix. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor antagonists have the protection function of diabetic nephropathy independent of blood pressure. |
