| 摘 要： | 临床医学中最为棘手的问题之一就是对慢性肺疾患首先以慢性阻塞性肺疾患（ｃｈｒｏｎｉｃｏｂｓｔｒｕｃｔｉｖｅｐｕｌｍｏｎａｒｙｄｉｓｅａｓｅ简称ＣＯＰＤ）的处理。最为多见的疾病，其中慢性支气管炎、肺气肿及其并发症＿＿肺心病及肺性脑病尤为普遍。为一慢性进行性组织破坏性肺疾患，对破坏性病理改变逆转或减慢病程的发展，尚无根治办法，预后恶劣，所以缓解期对ＣＯＰＤ进展中之患者进行康复医疗尤为迫切。文章就肺疾患康复定义、ＣＯＰＤ康复的目的、康复医学应用于ＣＯＰＤ，ＣＯＰＤ康复、肺功能检测、改善中的氧疗法、治疗中的呼吸操练、社会职业康复等问题进行了详细阐述，并对具体康复有关问题进行了深入讨论
