肺上叶切除术后胸腔上引流管的位置对残腔闭合的影响

目的　探讨肺上叶切除术后胸腔上引流管的位置对残腔闭合的影响。方法　随机对 6 8例肺上叶切除后 ,胸腔上引流管分别放置于第 1肋间 (32例 )和第 2肋间 (36例 )进行连续每天 1次胸部X线透视 ,观察其残腔闭合情况。结果　胸腔上引流管置于第 1肋间者残腔的闭合明显比置于第 2肋间者迅速 ,残腔的迅速闭合明显减少了胸腔引流总量 ,缩短了带管时间 ,减少胸腔穿刺 ,调整胸腔引流管位置和再次置管的次数。结论　肺上叶切除术后胸腔上引流管放置于第 1肋间明显优于放置第 2肋间。

The Effect of Thoracic Drainage Tube Location on Closing the Residual Cavity after Upper Lobectomy

Objective To find out the better thoracic drainage tubes location for closing residual cavity after upper lobectomy.Methods Thoracic drainage tubes were put at the first intercostals (32 cases),and the second intercostals (36 cases)randomly after upper lobe resection,and chest X ray examinations were done every day.Results The residual cavities of those patients with the drainage tube at the first intercostals closed more faster than the patients whose drainage tube at the scond intercostals.And thus the total volume of drainage,the number of practices for adjusting the tube positing and the chance of re inserting of the tube reduced greatly as well.Conclusion It is proved that putting the thoracic drainage tube at the first intercostals is superior to that putting at the second intercostals.
