| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨B型利钠钛(BNP)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)和慢性心力衰竭(CHF)鉴别诊断的价值.方法 选择我院COPD急性加重期、COPD稳定期和慢性心力衰竭患者各30例,测定其血清BNP含量,比较几组患者血清BNP水平的高低.结果慢性心力衰竭组血清BNP水平显著高于COPD稳定期和COPD急性加重期组(P<0.01);COPD急性加重期组血清BNP水平显著高于COPD稳定期(P<0.01).结论 BNP可作为辅助诊断慢性心力衰竭的敏感指标,也对COPD急性加重的诊断有参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of BNP in differentiating COPD and heart failure.Methods We recruited 30 patients with stable COPD,30 with COPD exacerbation and 30 with chronic heart failure.B-natriuretic peptide levels were obtained in the 90 patients.Results B-natriuretic peptide level was significantly higher in the chronic heart failure group than the stable COPD group and the COPD exacerbation group(P<0.01).BNP levels of patients with COPD exacerbation were significantly higher than the group of patients... |
