| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血液流变学、微循环的影响。方法：选择2000年6月-2004年10月心内科冠心病心绞痛患者50例，应用通心络胶囊治疗冠心痛心绞痛，比较治疗前后血液流变学、微循环的变化。结果：通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛，比较治疗前后有效率为77%，心电图有效率为60％，血液流变学指标及微循环定量指标前后对比，有显著性差别（P〈0．05）。结论：通心络胶囊具有降低血液粘滞度、改善改善微循环等作用，是治疗冠心痛、心绞痛的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects and changes of microcirculation hemorheology in patients with angina pectoris treated by Tongxinluo Capsule,Methods: 50 cases with angina pectoris have been treated with Tongxinluo Capsule.The clinical results including treated efficacy,electrocardiogram,changes of microcirculation and hemorheology were compared between before and after treatment.Results: The effective rate after the angina pectoris were treated with Tongxinluo Capsule and ECG was 77% and 60% respectively;there was a P<0.05 difference.Conclusions: Tongxinluo Capsule could decrease the viscosity of blood so as to improve the myocardial ischemia.It is an effective drug for treatment of the angina pectoris. |
