甲型H1N1流感流行期间医学院在校大学生心理卫生状况调查

目的探讨甲型H1N1流感流行期间医学院在校大学生的心理卫生状况及其相关因素，为大学生管理、心理咨询和健康教育提供依据。方法对530名医学大学生采用症状自评量表和自拟一般情况调查表进行问卷调查分析。结果入组大学生症状自评量表各因子评分均显著低于全国大学生常模（P〈0．01）。不同年级大学生症状自评量表强迫、抑郁和焦虑因子分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；大三学生症状自评量表各因子分均高于大一、大二学生。症状自评量表各因子≥2分检出率为41．8％；其中男生检出率为49，16％，女生为37．62％，男生显著高于女生（χ^2=6．219，P〈0．01）。症状自评量表因子分≥2分检出率与大学生对甲型H1N1知识知晓程度、防治措施的了解程度和对甲型H1N1流感的关注程度有关。结论在甲型H1N1流感流行期间，医学大学生心理健康总体状况良好，但仍存在部分心理问题。

A study on the mental status and related factors among the students of medical university during influenza of H1N1

Objective To investigate the psychosocial status and related factors among students during influenza of H1N1. Methods Use SCL-90 and the self-evaluated general information scale to analyze the psychosocial status of 530 students from medical university. Results All factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly lower than the national norm of college students（ P 〈0.01）. There was significant difference between scores of compulsion, depression and anxiety of students in different grades（ P〈0.05） ,and the junior students have higher scores than freshmen and sophomores. The prevalence of boyrs psychological disorder significantly higher than girls. The degree of psychological disorder have related to the knowledge on H1N1. Conclusion In general, medical students in good mental health, However, there are still some mental problems during the influenza pandemic.
