| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱系统,在LichrosorbRP-C18色谱柱上,甲醇-水(68:32)为流动相,215nm为检测波长,井以扑米酮为内标物,对吡喹酮团进行了含量测定。在所测20～100ug/ml浓度范围内线性良好,r==0.9997。

| Abstract: | We have prepared the ciprofloxacin suppository for treating chronic bacterialprostatitis. The prescripotion, preparation and analysis of the suppository are introduced inthis paper. The clinical data showed that ciprofloxacin suppository was effective in 41 of 47 caseswhen all these patients were treated for 2-4 weeks. |
