唇腭裂新生儿颅基底形态结构特征的研究

目的　在唇腭裂新生儿三维重建体上研究颅基底形态结构特征。方法　采用计算机辅助三维重建技术 ,对 6例正常胎儿及 5例唇腭裂新生儿标本颅基底形态结构作立体定量的分析比较。结果　唇腭裂患儿颅底角无明显异常 ,而后颅底长增加 ,前颅底倾斜度减少 ,双侧完全性唇腭裂还表现出前颅底长、宽均有异常。结论　研究结果表明颅基底异常是唇腭裂畸形的综合表现之一。

A STUDY OF CRANIAL BASE MORPHOLOGY IN NEWBORNS WITH COMPLETE CLEFT OF THE LIP AND PALATE

Objective To study neonatal morphological characteristics of cranial base with clefts by three dimensional structures. Methods Crarial base morphology was examined in a sample of 6 mormal fetues and 5 neonates with complete cleft of lip and palate. A computer reconstruction technique was used to produce three dimensional images of the cranial base and analyze it quantiatively. Results The cranial base angle is not significantly different with cleft lip and palate, but the linear dimensions of posterior cranial base and angle of SN-FH is abnormal. In BCLP, the anterior cranial base shows deformity in length and width. Conclusion This suggests: The deformity of cranial base may be relted to palatal cleft in a syndromic manner.
