| 摘 要： | 目的：分析儿童药物不良反应的情况,指导临床合理用药.方法：对我院2007年1月-2009年12月共291例药物不良反应（ADR）情况,进行分析.结果：引起ADR的药物以抗菌药物为主,占全部ADR的48.8%（142例）ADR类型以皮肤及其附件的损害为主,占49.1%（143例）.结论：加强儿童ADR监测,有利于指导临床合理用药.

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze adverse drug reactions （ADR） in children, in order to provide the advice for rational use of drugs. Methods： The data of ADR occurred in 291 children in Beijing Children＇s Hospital from January 2007-December 2009 were analyzed. Result： The main drug which induced ADR was antibiotics （48.8%,142 cases）. ADR injury mainly involved the＇skin and its appendages （49.1%, 143 cases）. Conclusion.. The monitoring of ADR in children should be strengthened to guide clinical use of drugs. |
