营养支持治疗对COPD合并呼吸衰竭的影响

目的研究COPD合并呼吸衰竭（呼衰）时，进行营养支持治疗对患者营养状况的影响。方法选择COPD急性期合并呼衰患者共55例，随机分为营养组（28例）与对照组（27例），两组均接受相同的抗感染和对症治疗，营养组加用了管饲喂养肠内营养液-瑞高。结果2周后营养组氮平衡、血清白蛋白、总蛋白、血红蛋白等均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05），营养组治疗前后各项指标差异也有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论合理的营养支持可显著改善COPD合并呼衰患者的营养状况，促进其康复。

Effect of nutritional support treatment for COPD complicated with respiratory failure

Objective To study the nutritional state of the patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure after the nutritional support treatment. Methods 55 patients in the acute-phase of COPD complicated with respiratory failure were divided into two groups： nutritional group （28 cases） and control group （27 cases）. The two groups accepted the same anti-infection and sympatomatie treatment. In addition, the nutritional group was also given suspending liquid of intestinal nutrition. Results Two weeks later, there was significant difference between the nutritional group and the control group in HGB, TP, ALB, et al. There was also significant difference in these indexes before and after the treatment in the nutritional group. Conclusion The reasonable nutritional support for the patients with COPD in the acute phase of respiratory failure could improve the nutritional state and outcome.
