摘    要:目的:探讨云母单体颗粒制剂对实验性萎缩性胃炎(AG)大鼠胃粘膜主细胞、壁细胞的保护作用.方法:用云母单体颗粒制剂进行干预治疗,观察模型大鼠胃粘膜主细胞、壁细胞及胃粘膜病理组织学变化情况.结果:云母能不同程度提高模型大鼠胃粘膜主、壁细胞数,减轻胃粘膜腺体萎缩.结论:云母发挥作用的机理之一与通过增加主、壁细胞数,促进其胃蛋白酶、胃酸分泌的功能有关.

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective action of mica monomer granule preparation on the chief cell and parietal cell of gastric mucosa in experimental chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) rats. Methods: To treat experimental CAG rats using mica monomer granule preparation with three different dosage respectively. To observe the changes of chief cell as well as parietal cell and pathological histology of gastric mucosa in CAG rats. Results: Mica monomer granule preparation with three different dosage can increase the amount of chief cell as well as parietal cell of gastric mucosa at different degree and decrease the atrophy of gastric mucosa gland in CAG rats. The results are more effective in the groups with high and moderate level dosage. Conclusion: Mica has the pharmacological actions on protecting gastric mucosa,promoting the regeneration of gastric gland,increasing the blood flow and restraining the inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa. One of the effective mechanisms is associated with the means of increasing the amount of chief cell as well as parietal cell and promoting the secretion of pepsin as well as stomach-acid.
