优质护理面临的难点与建议

目的了解优质护理面临的难点,为优质护理持续开展提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,对开展创优的26名护士长进行焦点团体访谈。结果开展优质护理面临的难点有:对优质护理认识不到位;绩效管理机制有待完善;临床护士人力不足;低年资护士经验不足,管床不到位;宣教沟通等细节管理有待加强等。结论在优质护理的持续开展与推广中,领导重视、通力合作是前提;改变模式、人才培养是关键;医疗安全、专科内涵是保证;主动服务、沟通到位是保障;感恩教育、文化建设是动力。

Difficulties and Recommendations in High Quality Care

Objective To understand the difficulties faced by high--quality care, and to provide a reference for the continued development of high quality care. Method The qualitative research method was used to perform focus group interviews on 26 head nurses. Result The difficulties faced by high--quality care included misunderstanding of high quality care; performance management mechanisms needing to be improved; deficiency of clinical nurses human resources; inexperience of lower capital nurse; education and communication management needing to be strengthened. Conclusion During the ongoing high quality care promotion, the leaders＂ attaching importance and cooperation is a prerequisite; to change the mode and personnel training is the key; medical safety and specialist content is the insurance; the active serv ice and good communication is the guarantee; thanksgiving education and cultural construction is the driving force .
