| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参附注射液合重组人促红细胞生成素治疗肺癌贫血的疗效.方法 将60例非小细胞肺癌贫血患者随机分为参附注射液联合重组人促红细胞生成素组(A组)30例,重组人促红细胞生成素组(B组)30例,观察2组患者的贫血改善、化疗完成、输血、中医症状评分、体能状态评分的变化.结果 治疗后A组输血治疗率降低,血红蛋白上升,中医症状、体能状态改善,与B组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 参附注射液联合重组人促红细胞生成素治疗肺癌贫血有较好的疗效.
