| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方丹参滴丸对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠的学习记忆能力影响并探讨其作用的机制.方法 采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制作血管性痴呆大鼠模型,用复方丹参滴丸治疗,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力,HE染色观察海马的病理变化,免疫组织化学检测海马CA3区Bax和Caspase-3的表达.结果 复方丹参滴丸能明显改善VD...
