| Abstract: | Objective:To formulate the quality specifications for Yazhoukang tincture.Methods:We distinguished the bee glue by the thin layer chromatography method,determined its total flavanone content in the preparation by the spectrophotometric method.Results:The qualitative-quantitative method was simple,sensitive and accurate,with high specificity.Conclusion:The established method may be used to control the quality of Yazhoukang tincture. |
