| 摘 要： | 探讨急性髓系白血病(AML)患者细胞核的形态定量值的临床意义。方法:运用体视学方法在普通光镜下手工测试73例AML细胞核形态值,对一个月内死亡与生存的患者进行对比分析。结果:死亡组细胞核长轴(NL)、短轴(NS)、平均轴(NM)及核面积(Vα)值均明显小于生存组(P<0.05),且死亡组各参数低于本组平均值者明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:提示AML首次骨髓细胞核形态值的变化可能有预后意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of morphometric values of leukemic cellular nucleis in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).Methods:The leukemic cellular nuclei of 73 AML patients were measured with manual test system under light microscope.The morphometric values of dead and in survived AML patients within a month were analysed.Results:The measured values of long axis (NL),short axis (NS),mean axis (NM),profile area of nucleus (Na) were significantly lower in the dead patients group than those in the survived group ( P <0.05).The amount of AML patients were increased markedly whose cellular nucleus parameters were lower comparing with mean values of 73 AML patients.Conclusion:The morphometric value of BM cellular nucleuses in newly diagnosed AML patients might have a significance of predicting prognosis. |
