| 摘 要： | 为了研究酚醛碘仿糊剂充填根管治疗根尖周病的疗效。本文应用酚醛碘仿糊剂充填根管治疗根尖周病２８６ 颗患牙，随访观察２～５ 年，并把新配制的糊剂与充填５ 年的凝固块作抑菌试验对比。结果表明，痊愈２７２ 颗，好转１１ 颗，失败３ 颗，总有效率９８９５％ 。抑菌试验表明：酚醛碘仿糊剂的抑菌作用不受时间影响（Ｐ＞ ００５）。临床应用表明，酚醛碘仿糊剂充填根管是治疗根尖周病的一种较好方法。

| Abstract: | In order to study the therapeutic effect of phenoaldehyde Iodoform paste in the treatment of periapical lesions,phenoaldehyde Iodoform paste was applied to fill root canal for treating 286 teeth with periapical lesions.The patients were followed up for 2~5 years.The bacteriostatic effects of fresh paste and solidified cubes prepared 5 years ago for filling were compared.The results showed 272 teeth cured,11 improved and 3 failed.The total successful rate was 98.95%.Bacteriostatic test of the paste proved that it was not influenced by time ( P >0.05).Clinical application indicated that obturation of root canal by phenoaldehyde Iodoform paste is a relatively better method for treating periapical lesions. |
