继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病三种治疗方式的观察与评价

对６０ 例继发性磺脲类药物失效的２ 型糖尿病分别采用了二甲双胍与拜糖平联合治疗（Ａ组）；小剂量诺和灵３０Ｒ胰岛素与拜糖平合用（Ｂ组），小剂量诺和灵３０Ｒ胰岛素与二甲双胍合用（Ｃ组），三组病人均在饮食量和活动量相对衡定的条件下，连续治疗三个月并行对照观察，结果表明：三组病人空腹血糖及餐后２ ｈ 血糖均明显降低，三组治疗后餐前胰岛素，餐后胰岛素有下降，而胰岛素敏感指数升高。在全面控制糖代谢紊乱方面，本文表明小剂量混合胰岛素与二甲双胍合用效果最佳，对合并有肝肾功能有损害的ＳＦＳ者，则以小剂量混合胰岛素与拜糖平合用较为安全。

An Observation of Three Therapeutic Methods in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Secondary Failure of Sulfonylurea

Sixty patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary failure of sulfonylurea (SFS) and under conditions of controlled diet and physical activities were divided into three groups and treated with:combination of metformine and acarbose (group A),combination of a small dose Noveline 30R and acarbose (group B) and combination of a small dose Noveline 30R and metformine (group C).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose decreased significantly.The levels of fasting and 2-hour postprandial insuline decreased,while index of insuline sensitivity increased.It is shown that the combination of small dose Noveline 30R and metformine is of the best efficacy.For the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus SFS with damage of liver and kidney,the combination of Noveline 30R and acarbose is safer.
