| 摘 要： | ３２例幼年型类风湿关节炎，全身型８例，多关节炎型１６例，少关节炎型８例。对其临床资料进行了分析，并探讨了幼年型类风湿关节炎的临床特点，早期诊断及药物治疗若干问题。结果：幼年型类风湿关节炎早期诊断主要依据临床表现，有效的药物治疗能缓解病情。

| Abstract: | Thirty two cases of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) including 8 cases of systemic type,16 polyarticular type and 8 pauciarticular type have been reported.The clinical records were analysed.The clinical features,early diagnosis as well as drug therapy of JRA have been discussed.It is indicated that early diagnosis of JRA mainly depends on the clinical manifestations and that effective drug therapy may relieve symptoms. |
