| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡率与妊娠结局的关系。方法：选择67例适合进行体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）手术的不孕症患者，收集卵泡液中的颗粒细胞，通过流式细胞仪检测卵泡液中卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡率，分析其与妊娠结局的关系。结果：IVF—ET患者临床妊娠组颗粒细胞凋亡率明显低于非临床妊娠组（P〈0．01）。结论：卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡率可能可以预测IVF—ET妊娠结局。
