| 摘 要： | 目的：采用中文版MoCA量表初步探讨短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）后的神经认知功能损伤。方法：39例TIA患者首次发病7天内采用中文版MoCA认知功能评定量表进行认知功能测试,同时选取28名性别、年龄和受教育程度相匹配的正常健康人群作为对照,比较两组患者MoCA量表测试结果之间的差异性。结果：TIA患者的MoCA量表总分显著低于正常对照（分别为24.46±2.51、27.86±1.76、P〈0.01）,其中TIA患者的视空间与执行功能（分别为3.56±0.94,4.61±0.57,P〈0.01）、注意（分别为4.23±1.09、5.43±0.57,P〈0.01）、延迟记忆评分（分别为3.74±1.19,4.43±0.74,P〈0.01）均显著低于正常对照,两组患者的命名、语言、抽象思维及定向力评分及与正常对照间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：短暂性脑缺血发作患者存在不同程度的与额颞叶有关的认知功能损害,中文版MoCA量表可以用于评价TIA后的认知功能受损。
