鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松症82例效果观察

目的研究和探讨鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取了2010年1月—2012年1月入院治疗的164例原发性骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,分成治疗组和对照组各82例。治疗组给予鲑鱼降钙素注射液肌内注射,连续使用3个月,同时加服钙尔奇D;对照组给予单纯口服钙尔奇,连续使用3个月。结果治疗组治疗前骨密度为(0.716±0.241)g/cm2,治疗后骨密度为(0.796±0.121)g/cm2;对照组的82例患者,治疗前骨密度为(0.712±0.111)g/cm2,治疗后骨密度为(0.711±0.091)g/cm2。治疗前后比较,治疗组治疗后有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗后无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效显著,是治疗原发性骨质疏松症安全有效的方法。

Salmon calcitonin injection for primary osteoporosis: clinical observation of 82 cases

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin injection in treating primary osteoporosis. Meth- otis From January 2010 to January 2012, 164 hospitalized patients with primary osteoporosis were selected and divided in- to treatment group and control group according to the therapy, 82 patients for each group. Treatment group was given salm- on calcitonin injection intramuscularly and oral Caltrate D for 3 successive months, while control group oral Caltrate D alone for 3 successive months. Results For treatment group, the bone mineral density was （0.716± 0.241 ） g/cm2 before treatment and （0.796 ± 0. 121） g/cm2 after treatment. For control group, the bone mineral density was （0.712± 0. 111 ） g/cm2 before treatment and （0.711 ±0. 091 ） g/cm2 after treatment. The treatment group got improved significantly after treatment, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, while there was no significant improvement in the control group （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Salmon calcitonin injection shows an obvious clinical efficacy in treating primary osteo- porosis, and is a safe and effective method.
