经尿道电切术联合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎

目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊治方法及疗效。方法采用经尿道电切术联合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎35例。结果35例随访6-36个月，平均随访24个月，其中治愈22例，好转6例，于6-24个月内复发，无效7例，35例随访期间尚未发现癌变。结论经尿道电切术联合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效满意，不良反应少，可作为治疗腺性膀胱炎的首选方法。定期复查，长期随访是十分必要的。

Transurethral resection and injection with Hrdroxy Camptothecine for healing of cystitis glandularies

[Objective] To explore clinical examination and treatment of glandular cystitis. [Methods] To utilize trans urethral resection with Hrdroxy Camptothecine for healing of cystitis glandularies. [Results] 35 patients were examined in follow-up clinical examination over a period beginning at 6 months and continuing for a total of 36 months, with the average follow-up being 24 months. In all, 22 patients were completely healed; 6 cases showed improvement with some recurrence in the period of 6 to 24 months; 7 patients reported no improvement. Of the 35 clinical studies, there was no reappearance of cancer. [Conclusion] The process of transurethral resection with Hydroxy Camptothecine for healing of cystitis glandularies has very favorable results; a very low incidence of reaction and is recommended as the method of preference. Periodic follow-up and long-term follow-up is essential.
