| 摘 要： | 目的 对2004至2007年门诊和住院患者尿路感染病原菌进行分析,并总结主要病原菌的药敏情况.方法 严格按照操作规程进行接种、培养,使用MicroScan半自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析.结果 4年中中段尿标本共分离致病菌3 139株,其中最常见的是大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌.分离自住院患者的大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌药物敏感性普遍低于分离自门诊患者的菌株.大肠埃希菌敏感率较高的分别是亚胺培南(100%)、头孢吡肟、头胞他啶、阿米卡星和头孢噻肟;粪肠球菌敏感率较好的分别是万古霉素(100%)、氨苄西林,环丙沙星和四环素的敏感率不高.结论 了解尿路感染病原菌的临床分布和变化趋势,对指导尿路感染治疗具有实际意义.
