肺炎衣原体慢性感染对血脂水平的影响

摘    要:目的探讨肺炎衣原体慢性感染对人血脂水平的影响。方法横断面研究方法;采用微量免疫荧光法检测血浆中肺炎衣原体特异性抗体,以肺炎衣原体IgA升高(滴度≥1∶32)的125名健康体检者为研究组,以性别、年龄近似但IgA抗体效价不升高(滴度<1∶32)的64名同期体检者为对照组,比较2组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平的差异。结果研究组血清总胆固醇水平(4.28±0.74mmol/ml)高于对照组(4.01±0.74mmol/l),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),甘油三酯水平差别无统计学意义。血清总胆固醇水平与肺炎衣原体特异性抗体(IgG、IgM)、性别、年龄、家族史、吸烟史等因素无关。结论:肺炎衣原体慢性感染与血清总胆固醇水平升高密切相关。

Abstract:To explore whether a correlation exists between chronic Chlamydia pneumoniae(Cpn)infection and serum lipids profile, cross sectional study was performed in the present study. Plasma specific antibodies IgA,IgG,IgM to Cpn were measured by microimmunofluorescence test. A group of individuals with Cpn specific IgA( titler 132 )suggested chronic Cpn infection were compared with a group of control subjects with IgA(titler<132). Blood specimens were drawn for determination of serum lipids and Cpn antibodies. And the serum lipids profile were compared in the two groups. The experimental results showed that the serum total cholesterol concentration were higher in the subjects with a chronic Cpn infection than that in the control subjects (4.280.74mmol/ml versus 4.010.74mmol/l; P<0.05). But there was no difference in triglycerides concentration between the two groups. It is concluded that chronic Cpn infection is associated with high level of serum total cholesterol.
