| 摘 要： | 血管内皮抑素(endostatin,ES)具有显著的特异性抑制血管内皮细胞生长的作用,为新生血管的治疗提供了新的方向。我国首次将血管内皮抑素研制成具有自主知识产权的国家一类新药Endostar(中文名恩度,YH-16)。目前血管内皮抑素在防治眼部新生血管性疾病方面已取得一些可喜的成就,我们就血管内皮抑素对眼内新生血管的治疗作用和治疗眼部新生血管性疾病的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Endostatin (ES) significantly inhibited the growth of endothelial cells in the treatment of angiogenesis. It provides a new direction for treating angilgenesis. China's first endostatin have independent intellectual property rights in developing countries for a class of drugs Endostar ( called endu in Chinese, YH-16).
