冠心病患者抑郁情绪与生活质量的相关性研究

目的 调查和分析冠心病患者的抑郁水平、生活质量与总体健康感觉。方法 采用抑郁自评量表SDS和冠心病特异生活质量量表、西雅图心绞痛调查问卷（SAQ），对59例冠心病患者的抑郁水平和生活质量进行测评，并让患者评价其总体健康状况，从“非常好”到“非常差”分为5个等级。结果 冠心病患者存在不同程度的抑郁症状，生活质量不高，对自身健康状况的主观感觉普遍较差。抑郁与生活质量和总体健康感觉存在中等程度的负相关。结论 在冠心病患者的治疗和护理中，应注意改善患者的心理健康水平，提高其生活质量和总体健康状况。

The Correlation Study of Depression and Quality of Life among Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate and analyze depression,quality of life (QOL) and overall health perception among patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) were used to measure the level of depression and QOL of 59 patients with CHD.Patients were asked to assess their overall health as very good,good,fair,poor,or very poor.Results Patients experienced various degrees of depressive symptoms.The QOLs were not high.The overall health perception was poor.Depression was associated with poorer QOL and overall health perception.Conclusion In the treatment and nursing care for patients with CHD,efforts should be made to improve their mental health status, overall health status and quality of life.
