Abstract: | Although Reiter's syndrome uncommonly affects the cervical spine, involvement of the craniocervical articulations does occur and may be manifested as nonreducible rotational head tilt. Computerized axial tomography with reformatted images was helpful in assessing the anatomy of this area in our patient with significant head tilt and abnormal head position. |
