| 摘 要： | 目的：了解何首乌的食用安全性，为何首乌保健食品开发提供科学依据。方法：按卫生部《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》的要求对何首乌提取液以不同剂量进行毒性及致突性试验。结果：小鼠经口LD50测定属无毒范围，小鼠精子畸形、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和Ames试验均为阴性，无诱变作用。结论：未发现何首乌有毒性及致突变性，说明其食用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the food safety and provide scientific basis for exploiting health food of Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb. Methods:According to standard methods,the toxicity and mutagenicity tests of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb were performed with several doses.Mutagentic effect of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb was assesed with sperm malformation test,micronucleus test and Ames.Results:The value of oral LD 50 of mice was within the nonpoisonous extent.Negative results were obtained from all the tests for mutagenic effecs of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.Conclusion: All the results indicated that Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb has no toxicity and mutagenicity.it is a kind of safe food. |
