纠错教学法在X线投照技术实验教学中的应用及效果

摘    要:目的探讨纠错教学法在X线投照技术操作实验教学中的应用及效果。方法将2个班248名学生分为两组。对照组(123人)采用传统教学法,即“教师演示——学生分组操作——教师总结”。实验组(125人)采用纠错教学法,建立以学生为主体的操作技能教学模式,即“教师演示——学生操作、教师旁观指导、学生自我纠错——学生分组操作——共同总结”,课程结束后考评两组的教学效果。结果实验组学生技能操作掌握情况显著优于对照组学生(P〈0.01)。结论运用纠错教学法有利于学生掌握X线投照技术操作。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effect of error correction pedagogy in the experimental teaching of X-ray radiographic technique operation.Methods All 248 students were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(123 students) had been taught in traditional method as "teacher demonstrating——student operating in groups——Teacher Summarizing".The error correction pedagogy was used in experimental group(125 students) to establish the student-centered teaching mode of manipulative skills,that was "teacher demonstrating——student operating,teachers observing and guiding,student self-correcting——student operating in groups——common summarizing".The teaching effects of these two groups were evaluated at the end of the course.Results The operating skill level of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Using of error correction pedagogy is beneficial to students grasping manipulative skills of radiography exposure technique.
