健康教育加穴位按摩促进乳汁分泌的临床研究

目的探讨产后对健康教育加穴位按摩产妇泌乳的效果。方法选择在我院产科住院分娩的产妇300例,在产后第1、2d给予产科常规护理,第3d开始,采用自愿的方法随机分为两组,观察组由经过专业培训的专职护士,对产妇进行针对性的健康教育和床边乳房按摩的护理干预,对照组继续给予产科常规护理。结果产后第3d后经护理干预的产妇泌乳率高、泌乳量增加、无乳胀乳痛现象,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论产后通过健康教育加穴位按摩护理干预产妇可增加乳汁分泌,满足婴儿的需要和防止产妇乳胀乳痛的发生。

Health education plus point massage topromote milk secretion of clinical research

Objective To investigate the post-natal health education plus acupressure effect of maternal.Methods Lactation in 300 cases of hospital inpatient obstetric maternal childbirth given routine obstetric care in post-natal days 1,2,3 days,a voluntary approach randomdivided into two groups,the observation group of professionally trained fulltime nurse,maternal targeted health education and bedside breast massage nursing intervention and control group given routine obstetric care.Results Three days after the nursing intervention of maternal lactation rate,increase in milk yield,breast swelling,breast pain phenomenon,compared with the control group,the results of statistical analysis the difference was significant(P <0.01).Conclusions Postpartum the acupressure nursing intervention maternal health education plus to increase milk secretion,to meet the needs of the baby and prevent the occurrence of maternal breast swelling,breast pain.
