摘    要:目的测定不同产地红参中总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的含量。方法利用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法比较不同产地红参中总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的含量。结果不同产地的红参总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的含量相差相对较大。结论应该重视红参的种植、采收、加工炮制等的进一步规范化研究。

Abstract:Objective To compare ginsenosides and ginsenosideRg1、Re、Rb1 contents of Red ginseng of different origins.Methods The content of ginsenosides was determined by UV and ginsenosideRg1,Re,Rb1 by HPLC.Results The content of ginsenosides and ginsenosideRg1,Re,Rb1 of different origins were relatively diffenent.Conclusion We should pay more attention to the standard research of agricultural and processing of red ginseng.
