| 摘 要： | 目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法采用随机对照方法对120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者疗效进行统计学分析。其中治疗组73例使用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液,对照组47例使用B族维生素治疗。结果治疗组在改善临床症状、提高感觉和运动神经传导速度等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Cinepazide Maldate on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Method 120 patients of DPN were divided into 2 groups, they were given the drug of Cinepazide Maldate and cobalamin, compared the therapeutic effects respectively. Results The cure growp is better than the contrasting one in the fields of improving clinic symptoms and the nerve conduction speed of perceiving and moving(p<0.05). Conclusion Cinepazide Maldate can improve DPN symptoms obviously. |
