摘    要:本文用SDH-AChE结合法染色,光镜下观察了不同负荷训练的小白鼠胫骨前肌的肌纤维型和运动终板的变化。本研究证明:间歇跑训练组的红肌纤维数量明显减少,白肌纤维及中间肌纤维数量明显增多;连续跑训练组的白肌纤维数量明显减少,中间肌纤维数量明显增多,红肌纤维数量无明显改变。雄性鼠三型肌纤维的平均直径训练组与对照组相比呈一致性显著增加;雌性鼠三型肌纤维的平均直径:连续跑组与对照组相比显著增加,间歇跑组与对照组相比显著减少。三型肌纤维上的运动终板数量百分比无明显改变。本文就观察结果讨论了这些变化的生理意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different training techniques on the percentages and diameters of differentfiber types and motor end-plates of muscle tibialis anterior in mice were studied. Combined method of SDHand AchE stains, and light microscopy were employed in this study. Results showed that in interval runningmice, the percentage of red fibers decreased and percentage of white and intermediate fibers increased signi-ficantly; in continuous running mice, the percentage of white fibers decreased significantly and percentageof red fibers unchanged. In male mice, the average diameters of three fiber types in two groups of runningmice were increased significantly as compared with the controls. In female mice, the average diameters ofthree fiber types in continuous running mice were significantly higher and in interval running mice weresignificantly lower than that in controls. The amount of motor end-plates in three fiber types remainedunchanged. The importance of these changes was discussed in the paper.
