老年肿瘤患者顺铂肾耐受性的临床观察

目的探讨老年人DDP肾毒性耐受的可能因素。方法本文通过对60例含顺铂联合化疗的老年恶性肿瘤患者肾功能进行回顾性分析。结果DDP的肾毒性并不因为老年肾功能生理减退而加大,老年人对DDP肾毒性有一定耐受性。接受4个疗程化疗的患者与接受6个疗程化疗的患者肌酐两者比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,提示老年人DDP肾毒性无明显累积。结论只要采取合适的剂量及用药方式,老年人对DDP肾毒性有一定耐受性。

Clinical study of the toxicity of cisplatin on renal function of elderly cancer patients

Objective To investigate the possible elements of cisplatin resistance to renal toxicity in elderly patients.Methods An restrospective study was served to analysis the renal function of 60 elderly patients with manigant diseases who received cisplatin chemotherapy. Results The toxicity of cisplatin on renal function was not in accordance with the reducement of renal function in elderly patients that suggested resistance of elderly patients on cisptatin＇ s renal toxicity.When compared between 4 cycles chemotherapy group and 6 cycles chemotherapy group,the difference of renal creatinine was not significant（P〉0. 05）. the results showed that cisplatin toxicity in elderly patients was not cumlative.Conclusion In condition of suitable dose and reght way of drug given,the elderly patients could have enough resistance to cisplatin.
