| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雌雄慢性复合心理应激大鼠体重、行为、血清皮质醇、TNF-α、IL-1和IL-2的差异。方法健康成年SD大鼠12只,分为雌雄两组,每组各6只,对实验大鼠采用复合应激的方法,通过旷场实验和悬尾实验观察雌雄大鼠的行为变化,放射免疫法检测血清皮质醇、TNF-αI、L-1和IL-2含量。结果与雌性大鼠相比,雄性大鼠的体重增长量显著增加（P〈0.01）,TNF-α和IL-2的含量显著降低（P〈0.05）,其余各项指标差异均无统计学意义。结论性别因素对慢性复合心理应激大鼠体重、TNF-α和IL-2的含量有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the difference of weight,behavior,neuroendocrine,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-2 between males and females under chronic compound psychological stress.Methods 12 SD rat were Divided into two groups： 6 males and 6 females.Using chronic compound psychological stress ethological changes were observed.The contents of cortisol,IL-1,IL-2,TNF-α in serum of rats were also detected.Results Compared with females,the weight of males significantly increased（P0.05）.The serum IL-2 and TNF-α in male rats were lowere those in female rats（P0.05）.Conclusion Gender has a certain effct on weight,TNF-α and IL-2 of rats under chronic compound psychological stress. |
