| 摘 要： | 目的观察炎症状态下，大鼠大网膜Ⅰ型乳斑面积、数量及巨噬细胞超微结构的变化，探讨Ⅰ型乳斑在腹腔中的作用。方法SD大鼠腹腔注射沙培林诱导免疫反应，微粒子活性炭和HE染色双重标记大网膜乳斑，Image—Pro Plus软件测定Ⅰ型乳斑的数量和面积，电镜观察两组Ⅰ型乳斑内巨噬细胞的超微结构。结果实验组与对照组相比，Ⅰ型乳斑面积显著增大[（0．316±0．066）mm2比（0．102±0．041）mm2，P〈0．01]，Ⅰ型乳斑数量显著增多[（11．053±1．543）个／cm2比（1．913±0．851）个／cm2，P〈0．01]。实验组Ⅰ型乳斑巨噬细胞内的线粒体、溶酶体、高尔基体等细胞器丰富，粗面内质网肿胀扩张，伪足粗大密集。结论沙培林使Ⅰ型乳斑数量增多、面积增大，并能够激活Ⅰ型乳斑内的巨噬细胞，表明Ⅰ型乳斑在腹腔内起到重要的免疫功能．
