| 摘 要： | 目的调查宁夏山区特需人群（45岁以下已婚育龄妇女、孕妇、哺乳期妇女）口服碘油丸前后碘营养状况,评价碘油丸的补碘效果。方法 2008年4月对宁夏盐池、海原、同心三县按照中国CDC地方病控制中心要求的PPS抽样法抽取444份特需人群尿样,针对特需人群实施碘油丸补碘措施;3个月后特需人群再次抽取服用碘油丸的特需人群尿样300份。采用酸消化砷铈接触法（W S/T107-1999）测定服用碘油丸前后两批尿样尿碘水平。结果盐池、海原、同心三县特需人群服用碘油丸前尿碘中位数（MUI）分别为143.65、148.05、143.68μg.L-1;服用后MUI分别为230.65、227.50、258.45μg.L-1,三县尿碘差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。特需人群服用前后MUI分别为143.50和236.00μg.L-1,服用后尿碘水平高于服用前（P〈0.05）,总体尿碘适宜比例由78.2%增加到82.0%（P〈0.05）,已婚未孕妇女适宜比例由80.6%降低到69.2%（P〈0.05）。结论口服碘油丸可作为特需人群的辅助补碘措施,但不同生理期妇女服用碘油丸后保护效应不同,不同生理时期应选择相应补碘措施。
