| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在肘管综合征病变中的临床应用价值。方法对39例经临床和神经电生理拟诊为肘管综合征（CTS）的患者（40肘）为研究对象（患肢组）,20名健康志愿者40只肘为正常对照组,进行肘部超声检查,并将患肢组检查结果与术前肌电图检查结果和术中所见进行比较。结果高频超声对尺神经卡压的检出率较高,对照组与患肢组尺神经厚度肿胀率和横截面积（CSA）肿胀率有显著变化,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,患肢组尺神经的CSA与运动传导速度（MNCV）呈负相关（r=-0.933,P〈0.01）。结论高频超声检查能实时动态观察尺神经卡压征象并明确病因,对肘管综合征诊断具有重要参考价值,为临床提供了一种简单、可靠的无创检查方法。
