针刺对胃血流的影响及其神经机制探讨

<正> 临床上针刺具有调整脾胃功能,治疗胃肠疾患的疗效。有关实验工作除了早期有针刺影响胃运动和胃液分泌的报道之外,近年来针刺影响胃电活动的报道较多。然而胃血流和胃液分泌紧密相关,并在胃疾病的发生机理方面起着重要作用。针刺对胃血流的影响如何,至今未见报道。本工作研究针刺对胃血流的影响及其神经机制,并就电针和手针对胃血流的影响,相应的胃液分泌及胃电变化进行了分析比较。

THE EFFECT AND NERVOUS MECHANISN OF ACUPUNCTURE ON GASTRIC BLOOD FLOW

To investigate the effect and nervous mechenism of acupuncture on Total Gastric Blood Flow (TGHF) and Acid Secretion (AS),the TGHF or Celiac Artery Blood Flow (CABF) and Gastroelectrical Activity (GEA) are examined in fasting cat.The results are as follow: 1.Electrical Acupuncture (EA) reduce TGBF,CBAF and AS and Needling Acupuncture (NA) increase TGBF,CABF and AS. 2.There are not obvious relationship between the change of TGBF and of GEF in acupuncture. 3.Electrical stimulation of gastric nerve increace TGBF and GEA and of splanchnic nerve decreace TGBF and GEA. 4.The effect of EA is significantly redued by splachnicecotomy but not vagotomy. 5.The effect of NA is obviously reduced by vagotomy other than splan-chnicecotomy. 6.Atropine could reduce the effect of NA not of EA. All results suggest that there are quite different influences between EA and NA on TGBF,CABF and AS.It might be the result of different influences of EA and NA on centrol nervous system.
