消心痛胶囊对急性心肌缺血兔心脏血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨消心痛胶囊对兔急性心肌缺血心脏血流动力学的作用。方法 用冠脉结扎方法建立急性心肌缺血模型;并于十二指肠给药,观察该胶囊对心肌缺血心脏舒张收缩功能的保护作用。结果 造模后模型组心脏舒缩功能减退,而消心痛胶囊3种不同荆量组的各项指标均有一定改善,并可减轻心脏前负荷,减慢心率,从而降低心肌耗氧量。结论 消心痛胶囊具有保护兔急性心肌缺血心脏的心功能,其机理可能与降低心肌耗氧量、增加心肌供血有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaoxintong Capsule(XC) on the hemodynamics of rabbit's heart with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods The acute myocardial ischemia model was prepared by ligation of the coronary artery to the experimental amimals and XC was given to the modeling animals by injecting method to the duodenum after modeling.Then,the protective effects of XC on the ischemic hearts of these aminals were observed in detail. Results Compared with the animals in modelling group which showed significant injury in the diastolic and systole function of heart,all the animals in experimental groups with different dosages showed protective effects on cardiac diastolic and systole function,at various degrees following the use of XC,especially in lowering the anterior burden of heart and slowing down the heart rate.In this way, the content of oxygen consumption in cardiac muscle might be reduced among these animals. Conclusions XC holds protective effects on the cardiac fumction of rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia.These effects may be associated with the reduction of oxygen consumption in and the increase of blood suply to the cardiac musche of experimental animals.
