优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的运用效果探讨

目的探讨优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的运用效果。方法选取我院于2012年8月—2013年8月接收的新生患儿90例,将其随机分为观察组（45例）与对照组（45例）,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施优质护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组在护理质量及护理满意度上明显优于对照组（97.78%VS71.11%）,且在疾病治愈率上明显高于对照组（97.78%VS77.78%）,P〈0.05,有统计学意义。结论对新生儿实施优质护理可有效提高护理质量,提高疾病治愈率,改善其生存质量,同时提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

To investigate the effect of nursing quality management in the nursing care of newborns

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management in the use of high quality nursing care of newborns. Methods In our hospital in 2012 August-2013 year in August received 90 cases of newborn children with, it will be randomly divided into observation group（45 cases） and control group（45 cases）, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group implementation of high quality nursing, observation and nursing effect of the two groups. Results The observation group in nursing quality and nursing satisfaction significantly better than the control group（97.78%VS71.11%）, and the cure rate was significantly higher than the control group（97.78%VS77.78%）, P〈0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing care of newborns can effectively improve the quality of care, improve the cure rate, improve the survival quality, and improve nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
