家庭护理干预在康复期精神病患者的应用分析

目的探讨家庭护理干预对康复期精神病患者的影响。方法将我院收治的60例精神病患者依据干预方式不同将其中行家庭护理干预的32例标记为观察组,另28例未行家庭护理干预标记为对照组,采用世界卫生组织社会功能评定量表（DAS/WHO）、遵医嘱行为调查表对比两组患者的个人生活能力、家庭职能、工作职能、社会能力的评分情况及记录遵医嘱依从性（服药依从性、复诊依从性）。结果观察组患者实施家庭护理干预的服药依从性好与差分别为24（75%）与8（25%）,复诊依从性好与差分别为23（71.88%）与9（28.12%）;对照组患者实施家庭护理干预的服药依从性好与差分别为14（50%）与14（50%）,复诊依从性好与差分别为13（46.43%）与15（53.57%）,观察组均明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。且经6个月家庭干预护理后,在DAS/WHO各因子中,观察组在个人生活能力、家庭职能、工作职能、社会能力方面分别为（7.94±2.28）、（9.82±2.65）、（5.02±1.69）、（5.14±1.73）;对照组患者分别为（6.81±2.01）、（11.23±2.71）、（6.13±1.86）、（6.13±1.79）,观察组DAS/WHO各因子分明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论家庭护理干预能有效改善患者的遵医嘱依从性、促进患者社会生活能力的恢复,值得临床推广。

Analysis on the application of the rehabilitation of the patients with psychosis family nursing intervention

Objective To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with psychosis. Methods The 60 patients admitted to our hospital psychiatric patients on the basis of intervention in different will including 32 cases of marker intervention family nursing as observation group, another 28 cases without family nursing intervention is marked as control group, the WHO social function rating scale（DAS/WHO）, compliance questionnaire were compared between two groups. Personal life, family function, work function, social competence scores and records compliance（compliance, compliance）. Results In the observation group, the implementation of the family nursing intervention of good compliance and difference were 24（75%） and 8（25%）,good and poor compliance were 23（71.88%） and 9（28.12%）; control the implementation of the family nursing intervention group patients with good compliance and difference were 14（50%） and 14（50%）, good and poor compliance were 13（46.43%） and 15（53.57%）,the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.And after 6 months of family nursing intervention, the factor DAS/WHO, the observation group in personal life, family function, social function, work ability were（7.94±2.28）,（9.82±2.65）,（5.02±1.69）,（5.14 ±1.73）; patients in control group respectively（6.81 ±2.01）,（11.23 ±2.71）,（6.13 ±1.86）,（6.13 ±1.79）,observe the factor group DAS/WHO were significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family nursing intervention can effectively improve patient compliance, promote the social life ability of patients with recovery, is worth the clinical promotion.
